What value can be placed on savings using a qualified Buyer's Agent to represent you? We are not sure. Hundreds and thousands have been saved in the past. Our fee is negotiated on an individual basis depending upon the services to be provided and we always ask the seller to pay all our fees. We work only for you so all our interest is in saving you money when you buy. That helps us to gain more loyal business for years to come as well.

How long does it take to buy my home? |
Mostly, the time is yours. It takes a decision that you have found the best home for you to buy at the time you make your decision. Cash Deals obviously may close a bit quicker than with a mortgage company. However, all should go smoothly with good financial records and a pre-approval letter from your mortage company. The seller also plays a role too. They must be willing to allow occupancy to the premises based upon mutual needs and/or requirements.
